Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through nuvspace.com (NUV / YOMADA

FZ-LLC).

1) Return window

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your Order.

2) Return eligibility (non-custom Products)

Returns are accepted only if the Product:

- is unused and in original condition;

- includes all parts/components; and

- is in original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging to prevent damage in transit).

We may refuse returns that show signs of use, wear, installation, damage, missing parts, or

inadequate packaging.

3) Customised Products (no returns, limited exceptions)

Customised Buttons and any customised Products are made to your specifications and are

non-returnable and non-refundable.

A preview of your customised Product is shown before purchase.

Exceptions (we will make it right):

- defective item;

- damage on arrival;

- wrong item sent; or

- customisation differs materially from what you ordered due to our error.

4) Defects / damage / wrong items - reporting deadline

You must contact us within 14

days of delivery. Email nuvsupport@yomadafzllc.com with:

- your order number;

- photos/video of the issue and packaging (including the shipping label); and

- a short description of what is wrong.

5) How to start a return

Email nuvsupport@yomadafzllc.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, the items

you want to return, and the reason for return.

If your return is approved, we will email you return instructions and the return address in China.

Return address: provided upon approval (do not send returns without approval).

6) Return shipping costs (shared costs vs full coverage)

A) Standard returns (no defect, you changed your mind)

- You pay the return shipping upfront using a tracked shipping method.

- After we receive and inspect the return and confirm it meets the eligibility conditions, we

reimburse 50% of the cost of standard tracked return shipping (excluding any duties/taxes/fees),

up to the value paid for the returned Product(s).

- To receive reimbursement, you must provide proof of postage/receipt.

B) Returns due to our error (defective, wrong item, or damage on arrival confirmed)

- We cover reasonable return shipping costs, or

- we may offer a replacement without requiring a return, or

- we may issue a refund (depending on the case).

7) Inspection and refunds

Once we receive your return, we inspect it. If approved, we process your refund to the original

payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after inspection (bank/payment provider

timelines can add additional days).

Refunds generally include the Product price. Original outbound shipping fees, duties, taxes, and

carrier handling fees are not refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.

8) Refused/unclaimed shipments

If a shipment is refused or unclaimed and returned, any refund may be reduced by return shipping

costs and any fees incurred.

9) Exchanges

We generally do not offer exchanges. If you want a different item, please place a new Order

(remember: orders cannot be cancelled once placed).
