We ship from China.
Shipping destinations
We ship worldwide except where restricted by sanctions, conflict, carrier limitations, or applicable law. If we cannot ship to your destination, we may cancel and refund your order.
Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days.
If your order includes customisation, production is not included within the processing workflow and may extend processing.
Estimated delivery times
Standard shipping: 10-20 business days.

Delays
Delivery may take longer due to customs processing, peak seasons, carrier delays, weather, or destination country restrictions.
Address accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping may require an additional fee.
Duties, taxes, and import charges
Depending on the destination, your order may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, taxes, or carrier handling fees unless charged at checkout where applicable. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Risk of loss
Risk transfers to you when the carrier marks the parcel as delivered to the address you provided.
