Terms & Conditions of Sale

These Terms & Conditions of Sale ("Sale Terms") apply to purchases made through
nuvspace.com (the "Store"). Please read them carefully before ordering.
1) Seller details

2) Definitions
Product means any item sold on the Store, including the shoe tongue-centering accessory and
any buttons/components.
Customised Button means any button/product made to your specifications (including selected
designs, text, or uploaded content).
Order means your purchase submitted through the Store.
3) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to place an Order.
4) Product information, compatibility, and safety
We aim to describe Products accurately. However:
- colours and appearance may vary by screen and lighting;
- small variations may occur between batches;
- compatibility can vary depending on shoe model and use.
Safety: Products may contain small parts. Not suitable for children under 14. Keep away from
young children and pets.
5) Customisation rules and prohibited content
If you request a Customised Button or submit customisation content, you:
- confirm you own or have permission to use it;
- confirm it does not infringe trademarks/copyrights (for example brand logos, characters, or
protected designs) unless you have explicit rights; and
- agree not to submit illegal, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content.
If we reasonably believe content is prohibited or infringing, we may refuse or cancel the affected
item(s) and refund amounts paid for those cancelled item(s).

Your Order is an offer to purchase. We accept the Order when we confirm dispatch (or otherwise
confirm acceptance in writing).
We may decline or cancel Orders in cases including: stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud,
shipping restrictions, legal compliance issues, or prohibited customisation content.
7) Prices, currency, taxes, and duties
Prices are displayed in USD.
VAT or similar sales tax: where we are required to charge VAT/sales tax and it is applied at
checkout, it will be included in the price shown or clearly displayed at checkout. Otherwise, your
order may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and handling fees charged by your local
authorities/carrier.
You are responsible for any import duties/taxes charged by the destination country. If a shipment
is refused or unclaimed and returned, we may deduct return shipping and any fees from any
refund.
8) Payment
We accept payment via one or more payment service providers ("PSPs"). Payment methods are
displayed at checkout and may change. Payment is taken at the time the Order is placed.
9) No cancellations / no changes (important)
All Orders are final once placed. We do not accept cancellations or changes, including for custom
items. Please review your delivery address and customisation details carefully before placing your
Order.
Exception: we may cancel and refund an Order if required by law, if we cannot legally ship to the
destination (for example sanctions/restrictions/carrier limitations), or if the customisation content is
prohibited or infringing.
10) Processing and production times
Order processing time: 1-3 business days.
Custom production time: if your Order includes customisation, production is included within the
processing workflow and may extend processing during peak periods.
11) Shipping and delivery
Shipping origin: China.
Shipping destinations: worldwide except where restricted by sanctions, conflict, carrier limitations,
or applicable law. We may cancel and refund if we cannot ship to your destination.
Estimated delivery times (estimates only, not guarantees):
- Standard: 10-20 business days
Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, peak seasons, carrier delays, and
destination country restrictions.
Delivery address: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. If an Order
is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping may require an

additional fee.
Risk of loss: risk transfers to you when the carrier marks the parcel as delivered to the address
you provided.
12) Returns and refunds (summary)
Non-custom Products: returns accepted within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original
condition/packaging.
Customised Buttons / customised Products: no returns or refunds unless defective, damaged on
arrival, or incorrect due to our error.
Return shipping costs:
- Standard return (no defect): costs are shared (see Return & Refund Policy).
- Defective/wrong/damaged on arrival: we cover reasonable return shipping or provide an
alternative remedy (replacement/refund), at our choice.
13) Defects, damage on arrival, and wrong items
You must contact us within 14 days
of delivery if an item is defective, damaged on arrival, or
incorrect. Provide your order number and clear photos/video showing the issue and packaging.
We will offer a remedy such as replacement or refund depending on the situation.
14) Chargebacks and disputes
If there is an issue, please contact us first at nuvsupport@yomadafzllc.com so we can resolve it.
Unjustified chargebacks can delay resolution and may result in account restrictions.
15) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Our total liability related to an Order is limited to the amount paid for the affected Product(s),
except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
16) Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures due to events outside our reasonable control
(including customs delays, strikes, carrier disruptions, natural disasters, or government actions).
17) Governing law and language
These Sale Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah and applicable
federal laws of the UAE. Courts of Ras Al Khaimah have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer
laws in your country require otherwise. English controls.
